Henrique Gontijo Eulálio de Souza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Principal and Engagement Manager at FTI Delta since October 2015, Henrique has previously held the position of Regional Strategic Project Leader at Telefónica, where notable contributions included developing spectrum strategies and supporting post-merger integrations. Prior experience as a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte involved leading projects in sectors such as pharmaceuticals and infrastructure.
