Lewin Higgins-Green is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in employment tax and reward. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Employment Tax and Reward at FTI Consulting since March 2020, Lewin leads the UK offering within the European Tax Advisory Group, providing expert advice on employment-related tax and social security matters. Previously, Lewin held the position of Head of Employment and Mobility Taxes at Macfarlanes from September 2018 to December 2019, and served as Tax Associate Director at Deloitte UK, focusing on multinational clients in the Financial Services sector. Lewin began the career at KPMG UK, where contributions spanned from Tax Assistant to Tax Manager, specializing in both domestic and international employment tax issues. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from The University of Law and an LLB in Law from the University of Exeter.
