Alessandra Frosoni, MBA, currently serves as the Global Training Director for the Technology Segment at FTI Consulting, where responsibilities include leading the strategic coordination and design of the global training framework to enhance people development and practice growth. Prior to this role, Alessandra was a Technical Training Manager at South Pole, overseeing the delivery and management of technical training. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Talent & Development Partner at Maximus UK and managing education services at Darwin, where roles encompassed scoping and delivering training programs. Additional past experience includes a position as Sr. L&D Consultant at Qube Global Software/MRI. Alessandra holds an MBA/MIS in Business Administration and Information Technology from California State University, Chico, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/International Management from Sapienza Università di Roma.
