Christopher Geraci is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in energy management, retail operations, and property management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Facility Solutions Group since March 2021, Christopher previously held the position of Manager of Energy & Commercial Commodities at Pet Retail Brands and Project Manager for Store Operations at Family Dollar, where efforts included leading cross-functional teams to enhance store productivity and overseeing energy management initiatives for 8,200 locations across 46 states. Notably, Christopher designed and implemented significant LED retrofits that saved over $5M annually and reduced lighting energy expenditures by 40%. Additionally, Christopher has experience as a Data Quality Analyst and Property Manager, managing extensive portfolios and providing actionable insights for various stakeholders.
