Khotso M. currently serves as the Information Privacy Officer at FSCA South Africa since November 2024. Prior to this role, Khotso worked at Adviceworx from May 2023 to November 2024, focusing on Regulatory Business Enablement. Khotso gained compliance experience as the Compliance & Deputy Information Officer at Transparent Financial Services from April 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing the implementation of POPIA and PAIA and ensuring compliance with legislation. Khotso started the career as a Risk and Compliance Intern at Eskom Pension and Provident Fund from January 2020 to January 2021, acquiring knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Plans. Khotso holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Compliance from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from the University of the Free State.
