Margaret Burpee has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Margaret began their career at Consolidated Graphics in 2010, where they served as an LDP. Margaret then moved to Mount Vernon Printing Company, where they participated in a Leadership Development Program from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Margaret joined Persimmon Capital Management, LP as an Associate. Margaret worked in this role until 2013, when they transitioned to FS Investments. At FS Investments, Margaret held various positions including Events Associate, Event Manager, Director of Events, and most recently, Executive Director of Events and Facilities in 2022.

Margaret Burpee attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Margaret studied Business Administration, Marketing, and Spanish during their time at the university.
