Luciane Valentini is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across various companies. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at FS Fueling Sustainability since December 2020, Luciane focuses on people management, organizational climate mediation, and process improvements. Prior experience includes a role at Bunge Brasil, providing HR support across multiple branches, and significant contributions at Sementes Acampo, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of approximately 200 permanent employees and managing seasonal staff. Earlier roles included assisting with HR operations at RS AGROCOMERCIAL LTDA and coordinating a cash and collections team at Moveis Gazin.
