Armando Bargas is an experienced production manager with a strong background in operations and lean manufacturing principles. Currently serving as Production Manager at F&S Fresh Foods since February 2021, Armando has also held similar positions at Calavo Growers and Birchstone Management, LLC, where responsibilities included supervising warehouse operations and training personnel. Previous roles include Plant Supervisor at South Atlantic Services and Electrical Production Supervisor at Thrustmaster of Texas, where Armando developed lean manufacturing processes and ensured quality control. Educational qualifications include a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications Technology, along with certificates in Lean Champion and Principles of Lean Manufacturing from the University of Houston.
