Mike is currently working as the CEO & Co-Founder of Frutero Ice Cream, where they are dedicated to creating tropical fruit ice cream using real fruit without any artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. Prior to this, Mike served as the Marketing & Analytics Manager at WeissBeerger, where they utilized real-time data and the internet of things to improve the bar experience and reduce waste. Mike also has consulting experience at Deloitte, where they worked as a Consultant - Strategy & Operations and a Business Analyst - Strategy & Operations. Furthermore, Mike has interned at Nielsen, Greenwich Associates, SilkTech Biopharmaceuticals, and Weill Cornell Medical College, gaining valuable skills in finance, trading, research, and laboratory work.
Mike Weber obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Biology from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 2009 to 2014. Later, in 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing at The Wharton School, completing the program in 2020.
