Nicole Pabi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nicole started their career in 2010 with a research stay at Syracuse University, followed by research and development work at Mayr-Melnhof Karton GmbH. In 2012, they moved to Technische Universität Graz as a university assistant specializing in analytical chemistry and food chemistry. Nicole then joined Red Bull in 2014, where they worked on global innovation in product and flavor development until 2020.
