Arnold Kinabo has held various engineering and software development positions since 2015. Arnold started as an intern at Christian Social Services Commission and later worked as a Software Engineer/Business Analyst at Beanworth Company Limited. Arnold also worked as a Systems Administrator/Support Officer at TANZANIA PORTS AUTHORITY. Arnold served as a Teaching Assistant and Assistant Lecturer at the University of Cape Town in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Arnold was also a Software Engineer at MOMIMO in 2022 before joining FruitPunch AI, where they are currently an AI for Good Engineer.

Arnold Kinabo earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the University of Dar es Salaam in 2015. Arnold went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from the University of Cape Town between 2019 and 2021. Arnold also acquired additional certifications, including completing an AI in Practice Bootcamp in January 2023, Git Essential Training: The Basics in June 2021, and a SAIEE President's Inaugural Address webinar on The Future of Work in March 2021.
