Ziad Kashef is an emerging tech professional currently serving as a Tech Fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, where participation in an 18-month Software Engineering Career Prep Program focuses on high-achieving diverse talent. Concurrently, Ziad is a member of ColorStack, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Black and Latinx college computer science students. Prior experience includes serving as a Samsung College Program Ambassador at Youth Marketing Connection and working as a Robotics Programming Intern at Virginia Commonwealth University, where development of a block-based programming language aimed to simplify complex coding for robotic applications. Ziad is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Virginia Commonwealth University, with an anticipated graduation in May 2025, following completion of secondary education at Chantilly High School.
