Scott Winchell is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and finance. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager at Frost Bank since February 2020, Scott also held the position of Partner at AN Finance-Commercial Lending for a brief period in late 2019. Prior roles include Banking Center President at Prosperity Bank, Vice President at both SouthWest Bank and Security Bank, and a Producer at Bogan, Dunlap, & Wood Insurance Agency. Scott's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business, completed in 1996, and graduation from Permian High School in 1992.
