Romalan Govender currently serves as Country Manager at Frontline Managed Services, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Romalan was Senior Operations Manager at Sigma Connected Group from May 2022 to February 2024. Experience also includes a tenure at Tenacity Financial Services (Pty) Ltd as Head of Sales Operations and Department Manager of Sales and Services from August 2020 to August 2022, focusing on call centre management and operational reporting. Before Tenacity, Romalan managed contact center operations at Capfin from July 2016 to August 2020. Prior relevant experience was gained as General Manager of Sales and Operations at Sell Direct Marketing from January 2002 to June 2016, along with desempeñando the role of Senior Call Center Manager. Educational qualifications include a Management Development Program (MDP) from Stellenbosch Business School and earlier education at ML Sultan Secondary.
