Position Summary

The Corporate Security Officer is responsible for providing security and protection for Frontline’s executives, employees, and assets. This includes conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and providing discreet vehicular transportation for C-Level executives. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure security and protection for executives, employees, and company assets.

  • Conduct advance security measures in support of executive travel and provide secure, discreet vehicular transportation for C-Level executives and their colleagues.

  • Maintain and operate company vehicles, ensuring safety and adherence to routine inspections.

  • Enforce security policies, conduct investigations, and respond promptly to security incidents.

  • Provide security advice and training to employees while maintaining relationships with external security agencies and law enforcement.

  • Perform low-profile close protection services for executives and their families, with the ability to transition into protective counter-surveillance roles when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associates, Bachelor’s Degree, or military/law enforcement experience is a plus.

  • Experience in executive protection, residential, or corporate security preferred.

  • State of Florida Class D & G licenses required, with annual requalification for Class G.

  • Proven experience in security driving and executive protection, with an excellent driving record.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and in high-risk situations with sound decision-making abilities.

  • Certifications in security management and executive protection (ASIS, ESI, EPI, etc.) are a plus.

Additional Information

This role may require overtime and flexibility to meet the needs of the executives. The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
