Lisa Bell

Business Development Manager NZ and Fiji at Frontier Software

Lisa Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lisa has worked as the Business Development Manager NZ and Fiji at Frontier Software since October 2019. Prior to that, Lisa was the Director of Write Up, Write Down, Write Now from July 2018.

From 2016 to 2018, Lisa served as the General Manager NZ at enableHR. Lisa was also the Head of Sales at ThunderMaps for a brief period in 2015.

Lisa has a long history with Frontier Software, having worked as the Business Development Manager NZ from September 2009 to June 2015.

Lisa has also held various roles at the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ), including Vice President Auckland Branch from November 2013 to March 2015, and Membership Portfolio Auckland Branch Committee from January 2012 to November 2013. Lisa was also the Secretary of the Auckland Branch Committee from an unspecified date in 2010 to January 2012.

Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as an Account Manager at Professional Project Services Ltd from 1997 to 2008. Lisa also held the position of Senior Account Manager at Hitechniaga Sdn Bhd from 1995 to 1996 and Customer Services Manager at Quest Consulting Sdn Bhd from 1993 to 1994.

Lisa started their career as an Account Manager at CCL Computing/Datacom Employer Services from 1986 to 1992 where they were responsible for over 250 clients, providing solutions for payroll and HR.

Lisa Bell attended Fairholme College, although their start year and end year are unknown. Following their time at Fairholme College, Lisa went on to study Financial Governance at the New Zealand Institute of Directors in 2013. In the same year, they also completed a course in Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In 2015, Lisa pursued further education in the field of Health and Safety Governance at the NZ Institute of Directors.
