John Schmit is an experienced portfolio manager with a robust background in investment management. Since May 2008, John has been serving as a Portfolio Manager at Frontier Investment Management Company. Prior to this role, John held the same title at Crestview Capital from February 2005 to February 2008. John's career in finance began at RENN Capital Group, Inc. as Vice President of Investments, focusing on portfolio management for closed-end funds from May 1997 to December 2004. Additionally, John worked as an Associate Attorney at Gibson Ochsner & Adkins from September 1992 to September 1994. John holds a Master of Laws in International Business from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University.
