Keyth Pengal has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Keyth began their career as a Buyer and Shift Manager at Tower Records in 1989 and later joined Warner Elektra Atlantic Corp, where they held roles as a Group Lead, Department Manager, Warehouse Manager, and eventually became an Operations Manager. At Warner Elektra Atlantic Corp, Keyth implemented a complete technology stack replacement to facilitate a transition from direct to wholesale to direct to retail operations.

In 2003, they transitioned to Cinram as an Operations Manager, where they managed various aspects including physical distribution, inventory management, and customer service.

Keyth then moved to Goldline International, Inc in 2005, initially as a Director of Operations and later became Vice President of Operations. In this role, they significantly contributed to the company's growth by implementing business analytics, process re-engineering, and relocation efforts.

Next, they joined Super King Markets as the Director of Distribution in 2015, where they oversaw the fulfillment, logistics, and data analytics functions for a high-volume grocery store chain.

In 2016, Keyth joined Atar Capital as a Managing Director, working closely with portfolio management teams to make long-term strategic decisions. Keyth also served as the CEO of Frontier Integrity Solutions in 2017.

Throughout their career, Keyth Pengal has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to drive operational excellence and growth in various industries.
