Paula Figura is a seasoned professional in experience design and user experience with extensive leadership roles in various prominent companies. Currently serving as Director/Head of Experience Design at Frontier Communications since September 2021, Paula has previously held key positions at Hagerty, including Director/Head of User Experience and Manager of Research & Analytics, from October 2015 to June 2021. Additional experience includes a Senior Interactive Designer role at General Motors, focused on in-car infotainment design, and significant contributions at Comcast, where Paula excelled as Associate Creative Director and Senior Manager of User Experience. Earlier career highlights include positions at Yellow Book USA, GTB, Aquent, and the Michigan Poverty Law Program. Paula holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Science from Michigan State University.
