Leon Wheeler is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an OSP Senior Engineer at Frontier Communications since April 2021, Leon previously worked as an OSP Engineer at KCI Technologies, Inc. from May 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing capital budgets and forecasting labor needs. Leon's background also includes roles as a Cable Splicing Technician and Cable Splicing & Repair Technician at Frontier and Verizon Business Markets, respectively, where Leon focused on client relations, technical troubleshooting, and installation of communication systems.
