Andy Ferng has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Mechanical Engineer at The Hongkong Electric Company Limited. In 2006, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at UC San Diego. From 2007 to 2019, they held various positions at Boeing, starting as a Liquid Propulsion Systems Engineer and progressing to roles such as Product Engineer, Integrated Product Team Lead, Payload Integration Manager, and ultimately serving as the Program Chief Engineer and Deputy Program Manager. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Strategy Consultant at Eton energia. Currently, since 2019, they are Vice President and Program Manager at Frontier Aerospace Corporation.
Andy Ferng received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego in 2006. Andy then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution, completed in 2007. Andy furthered their education by obtaining an MBA degree in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, graduating in 2012.
