Pedro Elias Sabino Rivero is an experienced engineering and construction manager with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently, Pedro is leading projects and engineering activities at Frontera Energy Corp. in Peru and Ecuador since July 2013. Prior experience includes roles as a surveyor, consultant, and deputy country manager at DNV GL, as well as serving as a technical manager at Tecmarine, where Pedro supported various oil and gas companies with project management and risk analysis. Earlier career steps involved project leadership at PDVSA and Lagoven, focusing on operational management and project engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Project Management from Universitat de Barcelona and degrees in Naval Engineering and Maritime and Port Operations from IUPFAN and Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, respectively.
