Kitching holds multiple leadership positions, including Chair of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber at Football Australia, Arbitrator at the TAS/CAS Tribunal, and Chair of the Independent Hearing Panel at Badminton World Federation. Additionally, Kitching serves as a member of various boards and commissions in organizations such as Shooting Australia and Basketball SA.
