Michael Mobley II SHRM - SCP has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Michael began their career at Target Corporation, where they served as a Human Resources Representative and later as an Assets Protection Team Leader. During their time at Target, they played a key role in enhancing the selection process for a new distribution center and achieved the lowest inventory loss percentage in company history.
From there, Mobley moved on to Red Roof Inns as an HR Manager, Middle East Broadcasting Networks as a Human Resources Manager, and Armed Forces Services Corporation (AFSC) as a Training and Development Senior Manager and Director of Human Resources. At AFSC, they also served as the Project Lead for the selection and implementation of a new HRIS platform, which expedited operations and achieved cost savings.
Mobley's next role was at Remedy Health Media, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources. During their time there, they oversaw 100+ multi-state employees and was responsible for the efficient operation of the HR department. Notably, they successfully transitioned the company's 401(k) Plan, improving participant experience and reducing fund management fees.
Most recently, Mobley served as the Director of People, Policies & Perks at Front Burner Brands, an international restaurant management company. In this role, they enhanced employee engagement and quality of work through the restructuring of the performance assessment process. Michael also ensured compliance with employment laws and created strategies for employee development and compensation competitiveness.

Michael Mobley II SHRM - SCP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1987 to 2002. In addition, they have pursued several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the Senior Certified Professional from SHRM, both obtained in January 2015. Michael also completed the Leadership Excellence Course and Executive Coaching from Academy Leadership in July 2019 and the Graduate Leadership & Executive Coaching program from the same institution in September 2020.
