Cullen Bouvier has a diverse work experience in various organizations. From 2014 onwards, they have worked at "From the Top" where they held several roles including Director of Individual Giving, Associate Director of Individual Giving, Associate Director of Board and Donor Relations, and Executive Assistant to the co-CEOs. Prior to that, they worked at the Boston Symphony Orchestra from 2006 to 2013, serving as a Donor Relations Officer and Executive Assistant to the Director of Development. Earlier in their career, Cullen worked at C. Paul Luongo Company as the Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the President from 2004 to 2006.

Cullen Bouvier completed a Bachelor of Music degree in Music from the University of Arizona, studying from 2000 to 2004.
