Prior experience includes a consultant role at Chartis and serving as Strategy Director at Ascension, where significant contributions were made in developing strategic plans for community health organizations, streamlining COVID responses, and enhancing capital allocation processes. Jim has a strong background in strategic planning, analytics, and healthcare transformation, demonstrated through impactful projects focusing on care delivery for vulnerable populations and value-based health models. Jim holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics from Colorado College.
