Elisa Chioda is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, transformation, and consulting. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Friul Intagli Industries S.p.A. since March 2022, Elisa previously held the position of Head of HR Digital Transformation Consulting at Zucchetti, where responsibilities included HR digital assessments and redefining HR processes. Prior to that, Elisa had a long tenure with IKEA Group from 1991 to 2017, progressing through various HR roles that included HR Area Manager and Country Industrial Relations Manager, leading significant organizational transformations and supporting substantial expansion initiatives. Earlier career experience includes work as an HR Consultant at OD&M and as a Labour Law Consultant, providing expertise across various sectors. Elisa holds an education from 24ORE Business School.
