Femia Huisman currently serves as Program Manager for Healthcare Innovation and Project Leader for Housing at Frion since September 2019, focusing on future-proofing healthcare by promoting awareness and acceptance of change, while also implementing various healthcare technologies. Prior to this, Femia Huisman worked as an Advisor for Care, Quality, and Safety, and held multiple roles at Pactum Jeugd- en Opvoedhulp, including Expert Customer and Market, and Policy Advisor. Femia Huisman has entrepreneurial experience as the founder and owner of the online store Gaaf Kleding, and held advisory roles in financial policy related to youth care at the Province of Overijssel and auditing at Ernst & Young. Femia Huisman holds a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Windesheim and completed training in Agile Project Management in 2018, currently pursuing further education in strategic innovation in healthcare.
