Vanessa Barstad has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Vanessa currently holds the position of Product Manager at Fringe Studio LLC since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Cleobella as a Product Developer from May 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Cleobella, Vanessa held various roles at gorjana, including Production Quality Manager from February 2020 to April 2020, Product Development Manager from April 2018 to January 2020, Product Development Coordinator from October 2015 to March 2018, and Design Coordinator from January 2012 to September 2015.

Vanessa's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at Nordstrom from October 2006 to April 2012. Vanessa also gained internship experience at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP as a Fabric Research and Development Intern from September 2011 to December 2011, and at Rip Curl as a Visual Merchandising Intern from June 2010 to August 2010.

Vanessa Barstad attended California State University, Long Beach from 2008 to 2011. Vanessa earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion Merchandising during their time at the university.
