Mikael Asp is an experienced program and regional manager at Frigoscandia since August 2014, where responsibilities include executing business plans and managing multiple warehouses and distribution terminals in southern Sweden. Notable achievements include implementing a 4PL concept, significantly improving EBITE, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to Frigoscandia, Mikael held various roles at Consafe Logistics Group from June 2008 to August 2014, including business relationship manager and technical project manager, focusing on customer relations and project management for warehouse management systems. Mikael's career began at ICA from November 2003 to June 2008, with roles in operations development, superuser support for ERP systems, and as a warehouse manager. Educationally, Mikael holds a teaching degree in physical education from Växjö University, completed in 2007.
