Kristina Gabrielsson has extensive experience in customer service, account management, and operational support within the logistics and transport sectors. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Frigoscandia since August 2019, Kristina has held various roles including Sales & Customer Care and Kundsupport. Prior positions include Teamleader for Kundservice at Bring Frigo AB, where Kristina was involved in establishing a central customer service unit, and Inrikes Transport Development and Support with a focus on operational quality. Kristina's earlier career includes roles in customer service, management of complaints, and project leadership at Posten AB and Svenska Posten AB. Education includes a technical foundation in logistics and transport law from Växjö University and additional studies in economics and social services.
