Arlette Langerak is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on talent acquisition and business partnership within the consumer dairy sector. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at FrieslandCampina, Arlette has also held positions such as Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Scrum Master. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at Rochewood and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Het NIC, as well as a recruitment and financial advisor at ING Nederland. Arlette holds a Master of Science in Social Problems and Social Policy from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from Utrecht University.
