Maya Rudnitsky Banfield currently serves as a Senior Development Associate at Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) since February 2024. Prior to this role, Maya held various positions including Administration Manager at Imubit from July 2021 to July 2024, Program Facilitator at the Israeli-American Council (IAC) from November 2020 to July 2021, and Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions from 2018 to November 2020. Additionally, Maya worked as a Project Manager at Arlozorov Group from 2015 to 2018 and as an Implementation Specialist at Sisma from March 2014 to August 2015. Maya began the professional career as a branch manager at High Q from May 2010 to 2014. Academically, Maya earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Tel Aviv University between 2010 and 2012 and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Sapir College from 2006 to 2009.
