Magnus Gallie is an experienced Planning Specialist with a strong background in environmental consultancy and planning. Since September 2016, Magnus has led significant projects, including the public inquiry for the Cumbria coal mine and collaborated with various environmental NGOs to respond to government planning proposals. Previously, Magnus worked at AAH Planning Consultants, focusing on large-scale wind and solar energy developments, and held planning management roles at Earthmill and volunteer positions at North York Moors National Park Authority. Magnus began professional planning career at Savills as a Graduate Planner. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from The University of Sheffield and a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from Sheffield Hallam University.
