Laura Ryan is a retired legal professional with extensive experience in the banking and environmental services sectors. From March 2011 to April 2023, Laura served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Amalgamated Bank of Chicago, and previously held the role of Vice President. Prior to that, Laura worked as a contract attorney at Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC and as Vice President, Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Harris Bank, Bank of Montreal, BMO Financial Group from February 1999 to October 2009. Laura holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago, a JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
