Tim Cadell has a diverse background in software engineering, web design, and performing arts. Tim'smost recent role was as a Senior Software Engineer at FriendFinder Networks Inc. starting in 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Zume Inc. as a Software Engineer IV from 2018 to 2020, gaining experience in modern technologies such as JavaScript and Node with Express. Tim also spent a significant amount of time at FriendFinder, Inc. from 2011 to 2018, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer, primarily using Perl and Apache technologies. Tim has also had roles as a Senior Software Engineer at LYRIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. from 2006 to 2011, and as a Senior Unix Engineer at ClickTracks from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their technical experience, Tim has a background in web design, having owned and designed websites for companies such as The Jester's Court and Lunar Traders. Tim has also worked as a baritone/tenor in the musical group Poxy Boggards and as an actor at the Southern California Renaissance Pleasure Faire.

Tim Cadell attended University High School, where they did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study. In June 2019, they acquired a certification in TypeScript for Node.js Developers from LinkedIn.
