Mark Scotter has over 18 years of experience in finance and corporate finance. Mark currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Friend MTS since July 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as Financial Director at the same company from April 2014 to July 2022. Before that, Mark worked as Director of Corporate Finance at Friend Partnership Limited from October 2010 to April 2014. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, structuring, and completing corporate finance transactions, with a focus on owner-managed businesses. Mark also has experience in audit and corporate finance management, having worked as a Corporate Finance Manager at Friend LLP from October 2006 to October 2010 and as an Audit Senior from October 2003 to October 2006.

Mark Scotter attended Ermysted's Grammar School from 1992 to 2000. Mark then went on to study Accounting & Finance at the University of Birmingham from 2000 to 2003, earning a degree with a 2.1 grade.
