Nicole Repina is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research, currently engaged in research at the Prisca Liberali lab since January 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Design Editor for the Berkeley Science Review from August 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities encompassed creating graphics for academic articles. Nicole completed a PhD in Bioengineering at UC Berkeley, following a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Boston University. Additional roles included technical consulting at Triple Ring Technologies, undergraduate research at Harvard University and Boston University, and earlier research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Nicole also has experience as a medical interpreter and as an instructor for a LEGO robotics course.
