Matthew Zamzow, MA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of organizational development and learning. Matthew started their career in 1996 at Birkman International, Inc, where they held various roles such as Technical Account Manager, Account Development Specialist, and eventually Director of Training. In 2011, they joined The Apollo Group as a Principal before moving to Endeavor Management in 2012 as a Senior Consultant. Later that year, they also started working at The Friedkin Group as a Senior Organizational Development Specialist. Matthew then progressed to the role of Senior Manager, Organizational Development, and eventually became the Director of Organizational Development & Learning.

Matthew Zamzow, MA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse education history in the fields of Human Resources, Psychology, and Executive Coaching. Matthew obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Continuing their education, Matthew Zamzow pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, completing their studies from 1998 to 2000.

In 2012, Matthew Zamzow furthered their education by obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Coaching with a focus on Executive Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas. This certification enhanced their expertise in coaching and leadership development.

In addition to their academic achievements, Matthew Zamzow holds a SHRM People Analytics Speciality certification, which they obtained in November 2019 from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). This certification demonstrates their advanced knowledge and skills in data-driven decision-making within the field of Human Resources.
