Alex Jackson's work experience includes a variety of roles in sales, marketing, and management. Alex started their career as a Communications Coordinator at Frieda's, Inc in 2011, where they represented the company to the industry and increased visibility to consumers. Alex then worked as a Promotions Manager and Marketing Programs Manager before becoming an Account Manager, where they managed national retail accounts and prospected for new ones. In 2018, Alex was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager, where they assisted the Sales Manager in various sales management duties. Alex was later promoted to Director of Sales, responsible for managing the retail, food service, wholesale, export, and eCommerce account managers, as well as the business development team. In their most recent role at Frieda's, Inc, Alex served as the Director of Sales and Procurement. Additionally, they gained marketing experience through internships at DMA Solutions, Inc and Perfection Fresh Australia.

Alex Jackson completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from George Mason University from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they attended Cornell University for the Produce Executive Development Program Certificate in the Food Industry Management Program.
