Milton Rogers has extensive experience in facilities management, workplace experience, and security, currently serving as the Director of Workplace Experience at Frida since January 2022. Prior to this role, Milton held the position of Sr. Manager, Global Facilities at Restaurant Brands International from June 2017 to January 2022, and worked as Facilities Manager at Burger King Corporation from August 2014 to June 2017. Earlier career experiences include roles as Security Manager at ISS Agency, LLC and Site Supervisor at Command Security Corporation, with foundational experience as a Boatswain Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard from January 2005 to August 2010. Milton is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Nova Southeastern University and holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale.
