Katrin Kaurov started their work experience as a Fashion Model at Major Model Management srl in April 2016 and remained with the company until June 2020. In September 2015, they worked as a Media Editor at Fashion Channel for a period of six months. From March 2017 to February 2019, they served as the Co-founder/CMO at MODELCLUB. In November 2019, they joined SELECT as the Vice President of Partner Curation for 1.5 years, where they closed over 150 partnerships and acquired renowned partners for SELECT's expansion to new markets. In January 2021, Kaurov co-founded Frich Money and assumed the position of Co-Founder/CEO. Katrin is currently in a Founder in Residence role at Antler since September 2021.

Katrin Kaurov completed their Master's Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Harvard University from 2019 to 2021. Earlier, in 2016, they attended New York University Abu Dhabi, where they specialized in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in September 2019. Furthermore, in August 2015, they obtained a certification in Fashion and Luxury brand Marketing from Università Bocconi.
