Eleonora Maria Sardella currently serves as a Manager leading the BeNeLux Perm division at FRG Technology Consulting since June 2024. Prior to this role, Eleonora was a Senior Business Development Manager and Head of Nordics at Storm2 from September 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of six consultants while connecting organizations with top talent in the FinTech sector. Previous experience includes roles at Lygature as a Graduate Research Intern, Athena - Research and Education Institute as both a Student Research Assistant and Research Intern, and a laboratory internship at Hubrecht Institute. Eleonora completed a Master of Science in Management, Policy Analysis, and Entrepreneurship in Health & Life Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from University College Utrecht. Educational background also includes International Baccalaureate and IGCSE from the English International School of Padova.
