Agustín Víquez Zamora has a diverse work experience in quality engineering and lean systems. Agustín started their career as a Microbiology Technician at Grupo Sur Química in 2010. Agustín then joined Volcano Corporation as a Microbiology Technician from October 2011 to September 2014. In 2014, they joined Philips as a Sterilization Engineer, followed by a role as a Quality Engineer II from January 2016 to February 2017. Agustín then moved on to Freudenberg Medical, where they served as a Quality Engineer from March 2017 to April 2020. Agustín was promoted to Senior Quality Engineer in April 2020 and later became the GROWTTH® / Lean Systems Manager in January 2022. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the lean six sigma transformation of the site and implementing lean manufacturing practices. Agustín Víquez Zamora has extensive experience in quality engineering, lean systems, and operational strategy.

Agustín Víquez Zamora obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering between 2005 and 2009 from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Modern Manufacturing Systems from the same institution, which they completed from 2014 to 2019.
