Suresh Balaji Jayaram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical solutions and support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Freshworks since May 2021, Suresh previously held the position of Lead Support Analyst and Programmer Analyst at Cognizant from February 2013 to April 2021. Suresh holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, obtained between 2010 and 2012, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Kumaraguru College of Technology, completed from 2006 to 2010.
