Ramesh Parthasarathy is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in architecture and engineering roles across various leading companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Architect for AI Platform and Customer Experience Products at Freshworks, Ramesh previously held key positions such as Vice President Engineering and Chief Architect for Customer Experience Products and Freshdesk. Prior roles include Technical Architect at PayPal and eBay, as well as engineering management positions. Ramesh began the career at Sun Microsystems and Motorola India Electronics Limited. Ramesh holds a Master’s degree in Communications Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a GNIIT certification from the National Institute of Information Technology.
