Jeroen Janssen is a seasoned professional in talent, leadership, and organizational development with extensive experience in the technology and service management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Solution Engineering EX for Continental Europe at Freshworks since November 2024, Jeroen previously held various leadership roles at TOPdesk from May 2012 to October 2024, including Head of Talent, Leadership and Organizational Development, and Business Unit Manager for Global Accounts. Jeroen's early career included roles as a Consultant and Project Manager at TOPdesk UK and positions within G4S as an Intern and Assistant-Recruiter. Jeroen holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
