Janani Nirmal has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Lead - Inside Sales (EU) at Freshworks since January 2019, with previous roles as Associate Sales Lead, Senior Strategic Account Manager, and Strategic Account Manager. Prior to Freshworks, Janani worked as a Knowledge Management Assistant at the World Bank Group from January 2018 to January 2019 and as a Business Development Executive at Newgen Digitalworks Limited in 2017. Janani holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in General Management from Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management, an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Madras, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Meenakshi College of Engineering.
