Adam McLain is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the finance and law sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Freshstream since July 2015, Adam has previously held notable positions including Managing Director and General Counsel for Europe at TowerBrook Capital Partners from June 2011 to January 2015, and European Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP between September 2002 and June 2011. Earlier in their career, Adam gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk to Chancellor William B. Chandler III at the Delaware Court of Chancery from August 2001 to August 2002. Adam is an alumnus of Claremont McKenna College and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
