Wanda Mainella is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Area VP of Human Resources at FreshPoint, Inc. since March 2021, and previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner within the same company from September 2017 to March 2021. Prior to joining FreshPoint, Wanda spent over a decade at Macy's, where roles included Regional VP of Employee and Labor Relations and VP of Human Resources, leading employee engagement initiatives and developing retention strategies. Earlier in the career, Wanda served as Director of Stores HR and Selling Service at Burdines Department Stores, successfully resolving employment disputes and advising on complex HR matters across multiple locations. Wanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration/Human Resources from Florida Atlantic University.
